20 Under 20 NE
20 Under 20 Nebraska shines a spotlight on the brightest young minds and hearts across the state. These rising stars lead with courage, create with imagination, and serve with compassion. From classrooms to concert halls, boardrooms to ballfields, they’re redefining what’s possible before the age of 20. Honoring excellence in Leadership, Arts & Entrepreneurship, Academics, Community Involvement, and Athletics, this program celebrates youth who inspire hope, spark change, and uplift their communities. Their passion, drive, and vision are building a stronger, more vibrant Nebraska—one bold step at a time.
Personal Board of Directors
Personal Board of Directors Program is a dynamic, year-long journey that empowers young changemakers to lead with confidence, purpose, and heart. Rooted in a strengths-based approach, participants grow through engaging workshops, personalized Gallup coaching, and meaningful mentorship. They explore topics like innovation, communication, and inclusive leadership while building lasting connections with peers and community leaders. Culminating in a celebratory graduation, The Bloc inspires bold, compassionate leaders ready to spark change and leave a lasting impact on the world around them.

50 OVER 50 Nebraska honors individuals who continue to lead, serve, and inspire well beyond the age of 50. This celebration recognizes exceptional Nebraskans making meaningful contributions in five categories: Nonprofit, Innovation, Business, Community, and Healthcare. From strengthening nonprofits and driving economic growth to breaking barriers, serving communities, and saving lives—these honorees embody experience, resilience, and impact. They are proof that leadership doesn’t have an age limit and that purpose only grows stronger with time.
